Welcome to the Web of Navy Club Ship 40.
Our mission is to honor our country and the American Flag, to aid veterans in securing the benefits they have earned, including medical aid, which are due to them for unselfishly serving this country in peace time and war time. We strive to bring together those men and women of our country’s waterborne services, to be a gathering place for active, retired and former Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen and to interact and socialize with one another.
Meetings are at 1930 hrs on the 4th Monday of each month at the Junker-Ball VFW Post 1865 located at 6618 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI. except in May, November and December.
The 2017 NCUSA Convention was held at Gettysburg PA on June 15/16, 2017. Jim Zeszutek, Ship 40 Commander, and Oliver Davidson, Trustee, represented Ship40 at the Convention. Convention business included review of NCUSA fiances and operations. Of six resolutions presented to the Convention body only one was approved to be incorporated into the NCUSA Constitution.
Day one included an award ceremony where departed Shipmates were remembered. Olvier Davidson participated in the ceremony for Ship 40.
